The Teacher (~2021)

We know the mess we have created in the world. Facts and figures show we cannot continue living as we have in the past. But will we ever learn? (A lesson from covid-times.)

The Path Among Trees (2007)

This video invites the viewer to meditate on the nature of our relationship with ourselves and other beings, with Nature and the sacred, with our cultural pasts and a common future, and spirituality and sustainability. In the 13-minute video, the viewer is invited to reflect on many questions.

NOTE: The pictures in this video are of low quality. Furthermore, the originally selected Japanese music had to be removed due to copyright issues. The music used here is meant to ensure the visuals aren't left unsupported. Some patience is required to view and engage.

All pictures are mine. I have used this 'video' for discussion and educational purposes. It is linked to my book, The Living Pathways. (Scroll down on this page.)

Sustainable Penang (2007)

Examining and exploring the practice of sustainability in the island city of Penang, Malaysia. The focus is on cultural sustainability. (Documentary by Nat, 2007)

Burst Your Ego ! (2021)

A short video created in 2021 for the VIM community.

The Power of Journaling (Going Beyond the Diary/2025-2026)

Journaling is important for my learning initiatives. And there is encouragement to actually sit down and write without using digital tools. It is an important part of building a personal portfolio of one's journey.
